Guild Incorporated – Social Media Strategy

Link Positive is working with Guild Incorporated, a St. Paul-based health and human services organization to develop a strategy for social media and outreach efforts to attract and further engage the nonprofit’s many stakeholders, from clients and families served by Guild Incorporated to the partner organizations, donors, volunteers and employees who enable its services. Link Positive is helping with the following:

  • Facilitated leadership team input and strategy exercises to build on existing business, brand and marketing efforts and establish organizational objectives for online outreach and social media marketing.
  • Conducted Web search and social media sensing to assess current online visibility,  social footprint, digital reputation,  site strength and identify topical communities and opportunities for engagement.
  • Developed content strategy to leverage new site information architecture (IA) and new content, extending into targeted social media channels, PR and outreach activities.
  • Recommended select social media channels and activities to maximize social media engagement efforts with limited resources.
